Lobster Ravioli That Sets the Standard
There are plenty of restaurants in Orlando that put lobster ravioli on the menu. Most of them are using pre-made frozen ravioli from a supplier, tossing it in a cream sauce, and calling it a signature dish. You can taste the difference the moment it hits the table. The pasta is too thick, the filling is more bread crumb than lobster, and the sauce could have come out of a jar. That is not lobster ravioli. That is a marketing decision.
At Vincenzo Cucina Italiana, the lobster ravioli is made entirely from scratch. The pasta dough is rolled thin by hand in our kitchen every day. The filling is a blend of sweet Maine lobster meat and fresh ricotta cheese, seasoned simply and stuffed generously into each ravioli. The dish is finished with additional pieces of Maine lobster and a creamy lobster sauce that ties everything together. At $44, it is one of the most popular dishes on our menu, and the one guests ask about most often.

Why Maine Lobster Makes the Difference
Not all lobster is the same. Maine lobster is prized for its sweet, delicate flavor and tender texture. It is the gold standard in fine dining for a reason. At Vincenzo, we use Maine lobster in both the filling and as whole pieces served on top of the ravioli. You are not getting a lobster-flavored cream sauce with mystery filling. You are getting real, identifiable lobster in every bite. The richness of the ricotta balances the sweetness of the lobster, and the handmade pasta provides just enough structure to hold everything together without overpowering the dish.
The creamy lobster sauce is built from a base of lobster stock, reduced with cream and finished with herbs. It clings to the ravioli without drowning it. This is a dish built on restraint and quality ingredients, not volume and shortcuts. Every element exists for a reason, and nothing is there to hide behind.
More Than Just One Dish
The lobster ravioli is the star, but it is far from alone. Vincenzo Cucina Italiana is a family-owned Italian restaurant that has been serving Orlando since 1991. The full menu includes handmade gnocchi ($30), Filet and Prosciutto Tortellini ($36), Chicken Marsala with portobello mushrooms and marsala truffle ($27), Veal Parmigiana with milk-fed veal and house marinara ($32), USDA Prime steaks, and ocean-fresh seafood including Chilean Sea Bass, Atlantic Salmon, and Grouper. Every pasta is made by hand. Every sauce is made from scratch. Every dish is prepared to order.
The restaurant sits inside Vue at 360 on International Drive, steps from ICON Park and minutes from Epic Universe and the Orange County Convention Center. Complimentary valet parking is included every night. The wine list features Italian and international selections, and the full bar offers craft cocktails and martinis that pair perfectly with the lobster ravioli.
