Stella Nova Resort Guests Deserve a Real Italian Dinner
Universal's Stella Nova Resort is one of the newest hotels built for Epic Universe guests, and it puts you right at the doorstep of Orlando's most ambitious theme park. The resort is designed for immersion, from the moment you check in to the moment you walk through the Epic Universe gates. But when the park closes and you are back at the hotel, hungry and tired from a full day of rides and attractions, the resort restaurants can only offer so much. You did not plan this trip to settle for average food every night.
Vincenzo Cucina Italiana at Vue at 360 on International Drive is about a 5 to 15 minute drive from Stella Nova Resort and a world apart from anything you will eat inside a hotel lobby. We have been voted Orlando's number one Italian restaurant every year since 2014. Over 33 years in business, more than 4,000 guests have reviewed us, and we hold a 4.7 out of 5 rating across more than 4,000 reviews. This is the dinner your Epic Universe vacation deserves.
Why Leave Stella Nova for Dinner
Stella Nova Resort is built to keep you in the Universal ecosystem. That works for convenience, but convenience is not the same as quality. At Vincenzo, your pasta was hand-rolled that morning by our kitchen team, not pulled from a commercial warmer. Your steak is USDA Prime, selected and cut to order, not a pre-portioned commodity piece on a flat-top. Your wine comes from a curated Italian list built over three decades, not a limited hotel pour. The cocktails are crafted by bartenders who know what they are doing.
The drive from Stella Nova Resort to Vincenzo along International Drive takes about 5 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. You pull up, hand your car to our complimentary valet, and walk into a dining room where the noise of the parks disappears completely. The lighting is warm, the atmosphere is elegant, and the aroma of fresh Italian cooking fills the room. One dinner at Vincenzo and you will understand why locals have been coming here for over three decades while tourists line up at chains.

After Epic Universe, Treat Yourself
Epic Universe is going to leave you exhausted in the best way possible. You will spend the day exploring immersive worlds, riding record-breaking attractions, and walking more miles than you planned. By evening, you need more than fuel. You need a meal that feels like a reward. Vincenzo is that reward. Sit down in our dining room, start with a cocktail or a glass of Italian wine, and let our kitchen take care of the rest. From the first bite of fresh bread to the last sip of espresso, this is how a great day should end.
Our happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 7 PM with $4 beers, $7 wines, and $10 cocktails, which is the perfect way to decompress after hours in the Orlando sun. Mondays offer happy hour pricing all night, and Wine Down Wednesday gives you half off every wine by the glass. For Stella Nova guests arriving back from the park, these specials make the trip even more worthwhile.

Private Dining for Stella Nova Groups
Epic Universe is the kind of destination that brings big groups together. Families book multiple rooms at Stella Nova, friend groups coordinate vacations, and corporate teams plan offsite events around the park. Getting twenty or thirty people into a restaurant without chaos is nearly impossible at most International Drive spots. At Vincenzo, our private Amalfi Room seats 15 to 50 guests in a dedicated space with a curated menu and attentive service. All-inclusive packages start at $110 per person, covering food, drinks, and everything else. One reservation handles your entire group, and everyone eats together in a private setting instead of being split across tables at a noisy chain.
